I received my order after getting a refund. What can I do?

If you have already received a refund but later receive the product, please reach out to our customer support team. You may choose to:

  1. Return the product in its original condition, or

  2. Keep the product by completing the payment again through a secure link we’ll provide.

I haven't received my order. What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that your order hasn’t reached you yet! Please follow these steps:

  1. Check your tracking ID – Once your order is dispatched, we share a tracking link via email/WhatsApp. This will show the latest status of your package.

  2. Confirm delivery details – Make sure the shipping address and contact details you provided are correct.

  3. Contact our support team – If the tracking shows delays, or if you haven’t received any updates, please reach out to us at 079078 18241 with your order number. We will investigate with our courier partners and provide a quick resolution.

Refund

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI.

Will I get a full refund if I return my order?

Yes, you will receive a full refund for eligible returns, provided the product is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging. Please note that shipping charges and COD fees (if any) are non-refundable.
