✅ Eligibility for Returns

  • Only defective or damaged products are eligible for return or exchange.
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing our support team with order details and clear photos.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

🚫 Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made, personalized, or engraved jewelry.
  • Products purchased during sale, promotions, or clearance.
  • Items damaged due to mishandling, perfume, water, or wear & tear.

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are possible only for the same product value or higher (with additional payment).
  • Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are to be borne by the customer unless the product is defective.

💰 Refund Process

  • Refunds (if approved) will be initiated within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the product back to us.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service as we are not responsible for lost packages in return transit.
